We are established and recognised Revision Course Specialists, providing intensive holiday revision courses that students need when working for GCSE and A-Levels. This is our 16th year of providing these popular and successful courses in most subjects.
Our courses are designed to fit in with the Easter School Holidays so that every student in the country can attend. Students may attend on a daily or a residential basis for just two days or up to ten days. All centres are run under the supervision of a Resident Course Director and team of assisants.
The revision courses have been designed so that they are student led; this means that each student revises exactly the topics they need help with. Lessons are attended in small groups with a subject tutor working at general gaps in knowledge, improving subject understanding, utilising past papers and learning examination techniques. It is in this manner that students can concentrate upon their weaker areas, thus improving confidence.
We cover all of the syllabuses from all of the examination boards
Each class has access to a considerable 'bank' of past examination papers, including the variations in sullabus. These are invaluable aids to gaining genuine past paper question practice and examination techniques.
All Justin Craig tutors are qualified, experienced teachers and are selected from schools nationwide, all are enthusiastic and motivated. Many are examiners. Unlike the school environment, the student/teacher relationship is informal and often a different teaching style brings a renewed interest.
With continuing unemployment and the pressure on places in higher education, we are very aware of the stress that students are under. It is for this reason that once out of the classrooms all students are encouraged to switch off, relax and enjoy the recreation periods. All of our residential centres have good sports facilities and social rooms.
